ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police, Kulithalai Police Station, Karur District to execute the Non-bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai in STC No. 485 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the complainant in STC No.485 of 2021, on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Manapparai, for the offence under Section 138 r/w 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, against the second respondent/accused. For non-appearance of the accused, the learned Magistrate has issued nonbailable warrant on 13.03.2019. Since the first respondent has not executed the said warrant, seeking direction, this petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the said warrant is with the first respondent Police. 2/4

4.Recording the same, the first respondent Police is hereby directed to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, in STC No.485 of 2017, against the second respondent/accused, forthwith.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
