This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2017 and permit the petitioner to conduct a "Street end Vilippuranrvu Piracharam" on 16.12.2017 and 17.12.2017 at about 04.00.p.m., to 09.00.p.m., in Villages of Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not impleaded the police station concerned, which has the jurisdiction to give permission. It is further stated that earlier permission was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
negatived by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sathoor for conducting similar programme. The order of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, dated 08.11.2017, stated to have been served on the petitioner. It is pointed out that the petitioner has suppressed the fact regarding refusal of permission by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sathoor. Since the jurisdictional police station has not been impleaded and the petitioner has filed this petition by suppressing the order of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, dated 08.11.2017, this petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a separate Writ Petition after impleading the necessary parties. No costs.
