ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.30 of 2021 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.30 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after completing the investigation final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.59 of 2023. Now it has been ended in acquittal. 4.Since the case was ended in acquittal, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as unnecessary. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
