ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to take suitable action, on the basis of the communication, sent by the first respondent to the 2nd respondent, dated 01.09.2017 in Na.Ka.No.23052/2017/A1 and also on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 27.10.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard both sides.

3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The petitioner, alleging that one of her brothers and his wife harassed her, made a complaint before the Police Officials and subsequently, though, the first respondent vide his proceedings dated 01.09.2017, forwarded the complaint to the second respondent, for immediate action, no action was taken on her complaint, by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent and thereafter also no action was taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2017, as per the communication of the first respondent dated 01.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
