This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conclude the investigation and to file a charge sheet in Crime No.63 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.
4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 63 of 2015, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
