ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4864 of 2025, dated 02.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for nearly 90 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioners have complied with the condition for nearly 90 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4864 of 2025, dated 02.04.2025, is relaxed. The petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
