Challenging the order dated 20.06.2016 passed by the respondent rejecting the request of the petitioner for extension of licence, this writ petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 11.07.2016 passed by the Commissioner, Pudukottai Municipality, Pudukottai, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that extension of licence has been granted in favour of the petitioner for the period commencing from 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2019, therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. W.M.P(MD)No.9093 of 2016 is closed.
