Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The impugned notice by itself does not warrant our interference. If according to the petitioner a land belonging to him has been erroneously included as a water-body, the petitioner can certainly show cause. The impugned notification will not come in the way of the petitioner from offering his explanation.
3. The petitioner is given three weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to offer his explanation. The respondents will consider the same and after hearing the petitioner and considering the 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.14112 OF 2023 materials placed by him, pass an order on merits and in accordance with law. Till then no coercive action shall be taken. If the respondents do not find any merit in the petitioner's representation, further steps shall be taken. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
