This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 27.11.2017 preferred by the petitioner and not to demolish the house of the petitioner in Survey No.1026/345, Ramakrishnapuram, Rameshwaram, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel in either side.

3. Aggrieved by the action taken by the respondents 1 to 3 for demolishing the house of the petitioner situated at S.No.1026/345, Ramakrishnapuram, Rameshwaram, Ramanathapuram District, the petitioner is before this Court. However, it is seen https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that such an action taken by the respondents 1 to 3 was on account of the direction issued by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.19876 of 2015 dated 31.07.2017 and therefore, there is no merit in this petition.
