ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint in online Reference No. ERN23059651 dated 31.03.2023 on the file of 2nd respondent to any other competent officer.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said complaint was not received by the respondents, but, the acknowledgment shows that it was received on 31.03.2023 itself.

3. Let the fresh complaint be given by the petitioner to the competent authority. So, that the above said complaint be enquired and consider by the 2nd respondent herein within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
