ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for ''Extension of time'' and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 29/09/2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge Sankaran kovil vide in letter D.No.1762/2023 dated 19/07/2023, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 29.09.2022, this Court disposed of the above C.R.P with direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, to dispose the H.M.O.P within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Thereafter, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, by a letter dated 19.07.2023 bearing reference D.No.1762, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension further 15 days time to dispose of the HMOP. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of the suit within the time.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned Principal Subordinate 2/3
