ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 3758 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 260 of 2024 on 03.03.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to stay at Tirupur and report before the Tirupur Town Police Station daily. He has been complying the condition for the past 110 days. As his avocation is affected, he prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. He further submitted that the victim girl had got married and living in some other place. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels and considering the fact that the victim had got married and living in some other place, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3758 of 2024 in Crl.A. (MD)No.260 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month, ie., on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 2/3

a.m., till the disposal of appeal.
