ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.254 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute, the petitioner threatened the defacto complainant and also attacked him. Hence the complaint.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an FIR had been registered in Crime No.254 of 2018, for the offences under Sections 323 and 506(2) IPC. After investigation, final report had been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.128 of 2022. 2/4
4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report filed by the respondent police.
