RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 28.10.2020 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.10912 of 2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10912 of 2020, dated 28.10.2020.
2.This Court by an order dated 28.10.2020 granted bail to the petitioner with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two blood related sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having only one sister and she do not have any properties on her own, hence he is unable to produce blood related sureties before the learned Magistrate. Hence he seeks modification.
3. Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to execute a bond https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.5802 of 2020 for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two blood related sureties is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
