ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 in Crl.O.P (MD) No.9901 of 2020 dated 24.09.2020 by this Court.

2. It is represented that while pending this petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail to the respondents 1 to 3, they were arrested in Crime No.24 of 2021. Now, they are incarceration. Insofar as the present case is concerned, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P(MD) No.6682 of 2021 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Additional Director General of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai is directed to monitor the investigation done by the fourth respondent.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
