ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey her property comprised in S.No.105/3 with an extent of 0.1.00 ares situated at Melaiyur Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District. 2.Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that she purchased the above mentioned property under a registered sale deed dated 11.04.2005. The patta for the said property was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.1767. The petitioner submitted an application in application No. 2025/0123/26/007948 before the respondents seeking survey of the property on 12.05.2025. The petitioner also paid necessary survey charges as seen from the acknowledgment card. The application submitted by the petitioner has not been considered till date. Therefore, he has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit the application of the petitioner will be considered on seniority basis and the survey will be completed within a period of 8 weeks.
5.In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner, dated 12.05.2025, and complete the survey within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
