Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order of the Review Medical Examination Report of the Medical board attached with the fourth respondent in FORM No.4 of Cosntable (GD) Exam-2018 dated 25.09.2020 and quashed the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of Constable (GD) in connection with the recruitment process in Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and RIFLEMAN (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination 2018. The petitioner herein has scored 41.15652 in Computer Based Examination as against the cut-off mark of 43.27 (OBC) and as such, the petitioner stands disqualified, even without reference to the report of the medical examination.
