O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2020 in accordance with law and within a stipulated period. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that the property in S.No.131/1 originally belong to his father and they are in possession and enjoyment of the said land. While so, after the demise of his father and one of his brother, in the year 2018, when the petitioner approached the 2nd respondent to effect partition, it came to light that without the knowledge of the petitioner's father https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.15636 of 2020 or his family members, the properties have been sold to the third respondent, who, in turn, sold the same to the fourth respondent and that the said sale deed has been registered. However, it is seen the said registrations have been made subsequent to the death of the petitioner's father. Hence, he sent a representation dated 23.09.2020 to the respondents to rectify the same and to take action against the third and fourth respondents. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that compromise have been arrived at between the parties and the fourth respondent have given an undertaking that they are ready to execute a registered document cancelling the sale deed effected in their favour. The said submission is taken on record.

4. Taking note of the undertaking given by the fourth respondent and that compromise have been arrived at and the lands have been given to the parties concerned, no further orders are required to pass in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
