PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7943 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7943 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 30 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 30 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7943 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. On the 1st 2/3

and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
