[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 26.04.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.9906 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent made a submission that the order of this Court dated 26.04.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.9906 of 2023, has been complied with and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of G.O.(Ms) No.478, Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 09.09.2023.

3. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this contempt petition.
