PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent dated 28.09.2017 (03.10.2017) in na.Ka.No.3139/A2/2016 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to permit the appointed Correspondent for the Schools of the petitioner based on the appointment dated 31.07.2017. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the District Elementary Educational Officer issued an order vide proceeding in Na.Ka.No.3139/A2/2016, dated 02.03.2018. Accordingly, one Mr.S.Manuvel Raj was appointed as Correspondent. The said Correspondent also submitted a proposal for the purpose of disbursement of salary to the impleaded respondents. 2.This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication is required in respect of the relief as such sought for in this writ petition.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
