ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner was having love affair with one Pondevi and subsequently, he came to know that the said Pondevi had cheated several persons and one of the victim had already lodged a complaint and on that basis, a case has been registered in Crime No.199 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and the same is pending. He further submitted that the second petitioner had already sent a representation dated 05.06.2023 to the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that during the investigation of the case in Crime No.199 of 2023, they came to know that the first petitioner was also involved in the offence and he has been made an accused , that he is 2/4

having two previous cases and that earlier, the first petitioner was directed to appear for enquiry, but he has not turned up. He further submitted that as of now, no petition or complaint is pending against the petitioners 2 and 3.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
