ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2020 and 08.07.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a MSW B.Ed., graduate and working at Bishop College. When he was preparing for the GroupI examination, his friend, namely Sathish introduced the fourth respondent, who is the close friend of one BA of Karur M.P. It is the further case of the petitioner that the fourth respondent by giving false promise to secure Government job, has received a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- from the petitioner and thereafter, he did not take any steps to arrange the Government job and also refused to give the money.
Thereby, the petitioner approached the third respondent several times and the third respondent did not take any action against the fourth respondent. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 07.11.2020 to the first respondent and subsequently, he gave another representation on 08.07.2022 through registered post. However, no order was passed. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the above said prayer.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner's representation was considered and the same was closed on 21.11.2020. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation was made in the year 2022, whereas, the respondents 1 to 3 claimed that they closed the petitioner's representation in the year 2020. Hence, this Court may issue a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2022 within a stipulated period. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that till date the petitioner's representation was not considered, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. For ready reference, the petitioner shall send a copy of the representation along with this order copy to the third respondent. 3/5
