ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 354, 354A(1)(v), 354C, 506(2) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.132 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was bathing, the first accused had taken photographs. On questioning the same, there was a quarrel between them and the petitioner has intervened into the dispute and threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, the complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is the second application filed by the petitioner, seeking anticipatory bail. Earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 05.06.2024, considering the nature of offence.

4.Considering the nature of offence and since there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier application, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
