ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 01.02.2017. The relationship between the parties have come under strain. The respondent filed HMOP No.99 of 2018 before the Family Court, Tirunelveli for nullifying the marriage. The petitioner is based in Tiruchendur.

2.Taking into account the fact that the petitioner is a woman and in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws HMOP No.99 of 2018 from the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli and transfers the same to the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, Thoothukudi District.

3.This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
