Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to install new Electric Pole and Erect Connection in Common Path in Survey No.57/6 AL and 57/7B of Ramasamiyapuram village without considering the objection of the Respondent Nos. 6 to 9, based on the petitioner's application dated 20.07.2024.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respective official respondents and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fifth respondent and after dispensing with the notice on private respondent Nos.6 to 9 as there is no adverse order passed at this stage.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 would submit that petitioner's application, dated 20.07.2024 will be considered by the second respondent in accordance with law.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to 3/6

install new Electric Pole and Erect Connection in Common Path in Survey No. 57/6 AL and 57/7B of Ramasamiyapuram village based on the petitioner's application, dated 20.07.2024, after considering the objection of the Respondent Nos.6 to 9, as expeditiously as possible preferrably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
