2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the ear-boring ceremony, for which the petitioner sought interim bail, has got over yesterday i.e. on 03.07.2024 and therefore, he is withdrawing this criminal miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
