ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 5 to take appropriate 1/3

action against the sixth respondent on the basis of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 15.08.2021 in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the petitioner alleged that her two brothers were detained illegally and tortured by the sixth respondent. On the enquiry, both of her brothers viz., Karthikeyan and Pradeshkumar appeared before the fifth respondent and made statements that they were called for enquiry and immediately they were released to their home. However, their sister lodged a false complaint as if they were tortured by the police personnels and the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.08.2021 was closed. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
