Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petition mentioned property was originally attached. Later, attachment was removed in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. The only request of the petitioner is that the third respondent should enter the petition mentioned judgment and decree so that the earlier attachment order is removed. No exception can be taken to this request. The third respondent is directed to enter the details as sought for by the petitioner immediately and without any delay. The writ petition is allowed.
