Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th Respondent not to interfere with the matter purely civil in nature and not to harass the Petitioner and his family members and on the basis of his Representation dated 02.07.2016.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 4th respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between her and four others in O.S.No.140 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif, Musiri.

2.The claim of the petitioner is that she is a tenant under a third party and the fourth respondent should not interfere in the civil dispute demanding her to vacate the premises. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's sons has preferred a complaint against a third party, which has been registered in Crime No.199 of 2016 for offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(i) I.P.C. and only in connection with that enquiry, the petitioner was called for interrogation and the respondents have nothing to do with the civil dispute between the parties and there is no truth in the allegation made by the petitioner that she is compelled to vacate the premises by the fourth respondent. 4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
