Respondents/Respondents Prayer :- This Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the petition to set aside the order date 30/01/2019 made in CRP(MD)No.1947 of 2018 on the file of this Hon'ble Court for non-payment of batta and restore the same. To prefer the above Memorandum of Grounds of Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order dated 12.10.2017 passed in I.A.No.369 of 2017 in O.S.No.76 of 1978 on the file of the Sub Ordinate Judge, Devakottai under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for the following among other.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this date, under the caption for "Restoration" upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the petitioner not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, this Court made the following order:

In this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, there has been no representation for the petitioner on 26.11.2021 as well as on 03.01.2022. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The petition itself has been filed to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the petition to set aside the order dated 30.01.2019 in the revision on account of the non payment of the batta.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not deemed it fit to appear before the court on any of the date when the matter was listed before the court. Therefore, this petition stands dismissed for default.
