ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6721, dated 15.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for nearly 50 days and no previous case pending as against the petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6721, dated 15.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. On the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
