ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute that exists between the petitioner and private respondent herein on the basis of the representation dated 16.08.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that originally one Chithiraikannan, who is the Chairman of the Congress Ponvizha Committee had gave a complaint, which was enquired in C.P.No.8 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.15495 of 2021 2021 and it is came to be closed on 28.07.2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that there was a tenancy dispute between the parties. Later that person also gave a statement to the effect that no further enquiry is required on his complaint. The statement was also recorded. Later it appears that this petitioner sent a representation on 16.08.2021 seeking direction not to interfere with the civil dispute. As on date no enquiry is pending against the petitioner and no complaint is also pending, hence, question of harassment does not arise and prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
