Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.A1/1527/2014 dated 15-09-2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the period from 16-12-2002 to 08-06-2003 (175 days) with full salary and attendance, service, monetary, pensionary benefits and revise the pension accordingly.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.A1/1527/2014 dated 15.09.2014 and to direct the respondents to regularize the period from 16.12.2002 to 08.06.2003 (175 days) with full salary and attendance, service, monetary, pensionary benefits and revise the pension accordingly. 1/3
2.Heard Mr.N.K.Ponraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3.By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 4.Though the writ petition is filed seeking a larger relief, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confines the same to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be considered by the 3rd respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.
6.Considering the nature of the relief now sought for by the petitioner, which has not been objected by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
