ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.5185 of 2025 dated 20.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for 18 days only.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No 5185 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025, the petitioner has complied with the condition only for a period of 18 days. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
