The learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that pursuant to the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition seeking cancellation of sale deed by the revenue authorities may not be feasible. Hence, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to be granted to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court. 2/5
