PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in its order, dated 20.02.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3177 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3177 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition for nearly 32 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners 2/3

by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3177 of 2025, dated 20.02.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
