PRAYER :- To extend the time to execute the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5646 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5646 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner received the order copy only on 02.05.2025. Thereafter, the petitioner is suffering from viral fever, due to which he is unable to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5646 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, another period of fifteen days is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/3
