ORDER

The order of rejection rejecting the claim of the writ petitioner for compassionate appointment in proceedings dated 21.06.2021 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.The husband of the writ petitioner Mr.Mohammed Abdul Rahman was working as a Village Administrative Officer and died on 14.10.2014, while he was in service. The petitioner submitted an application to provide appointment to her daughter on compassionate ground. However, the son of the deceased employee was subsequently employed as a Government servant and therefore, the case of the petitioner was not considered to provide appointment to her daughter. As per the scheme of compassionate appointment, if any one of the family member/legal heirs are employed in Government or private sector, then appointment cannot be provided to the other legal heirs under the scheme of compassionate appointment. W.P(MD).No.15528 of 2021 ground, this Court do not find any infirmity in respect of the reasons given by the respondent in the impugned order, which is in consonance with the scheme itself.
