O R D E R

This Writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2017 and permit the petitioner to conduct a continuous hunger strike from 11.12.2017 to 13.12.2017, at about 09.00 a.m., to 05.00 p.m., near District Collectorate, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The representation submitted by the petitioner has been dismissed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police by an order dated 08.12.2017. Since the order refers to specific reasons for rejecting the representation of the petitioner, this petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceeding of the Deputy Superintendent of Police dated 08.12.2017, refusing permission to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
