Prayer :- To modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, in so far as the condition that the petitioner should appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m until further orders in Cr.M.P.NO.3029 of 2021 dated 10.08.2021. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, in so far as the condition that the petitioner should appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m until further orders in Cr.M.P.NO.3029 of 2021 dated 10.08.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the petitioner's wife is 5 months pregnant and the distance between the Trichy and Virudhunagar is nearly 200 km and it needs 4 hours journey and except the petitioner, no one is there to take care of her. 3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to appear
CRL OP(MD). No.12543 of 2021 before the Kottai Police Station, Trichy, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
4. The petition is ordered accordingly.
