O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2016, requesting him not to register any documents presented by the respondents 4 to 8 as representatives of the schools run by the petitioner Society or in the name of the petitioner Society invoking Rule 55(c) of the Registration Act 1908.

2. It is represented by the learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 8 that already sale deed had been registered during the pendency of the writ petition.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Therefore, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent action taken by the authorities before the competent Court, if so advised. No costs.
