Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned transfer order passed by the second respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.5335/Nir6(3) / 2012,dated 13.11.2017 and the relieving order passed by the fifth respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.116/AaKuKaa/2017, dated 29.11.2017, quash the same. *********** By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. Heard Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The writ petitioner was working as a helper in the office of the fourth respondent at Trichy. She was transferred to Pudukkottai. The said order was challenged by the writ petitioner and interim stay was granted. During the pendency of the writ proceedings, the impugned order dated 29.11.2017 came to be passed by the fifth respondent. The writ petitioner was once again transferred to Pudukottai. It is, on the very face of it, contumacious. It was pointed out that the second respondent had passed fresh proceedings dated 13.11.2017, retaining the writ petitioner at Trichy itself.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents furnished a copy of the said proceedings and the same is taken on record. Since, the writ petitioner is retained at Trichy itself, there is nothing to adjudicate further in this writ petition.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner complains that the salary was not disbursed for two months. A direction is issued to the respondents 2 to 5 to disburse the arrears of the salary to the writ petitioner forthwith.
