When the matter came up before this Court on 24.01.2023, learned counsel Mr.Rajesh Saravanan, filed vakalat and submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Therefore, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner and inform the petitioner about the date of hearing of this case. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through a counsel. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
