Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.p.c To direct the Special Court for SC/ST(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Sivagangai, to accept the surrender of the Petitioner in connection with the Crime No.26 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to consider the petitioner`s bail application.

CRL MP(MD). No.8444 of 2023 This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6870 of 2023, dated 13.04.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
