Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction Selection Grade pay to the petitioners pursuant to clause 10 of the G.O.(Ms) No.303, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 11.10.2017 with effect from 01.08.2020 based on their representations dated 20.07.2020, 21.07.2020, 24.07.2020, 07.08.2020, 03.09.2020, 18.09.2020 and 19.09.2020 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The grievence of the petitioners is that the respondents have not sanctioned Selection Grade Pay to the petitioners as per G.O.Ms.No.303, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 11.10.2017 and the representations in this regard have also not been considered. 2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had circulated a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 30.12.2020, whereby the petitioners' representations were considered and rejected. As such, no effective order can be passed in the present writ petition. In case, the petitioners intend to challenge the order, dated 30.12.2020, liberty is hereby granted to them to do so. 3/4

3.With the above liberty, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
