Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUVAI ILAYARAJA K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition that instead of depositing Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Taluk Legal Services Authority attached to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanam, the petitioner may be permitted to depositRs.5,000/- with District Legal Servict Authority, Sivagangai District in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5914 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.578 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8490 of 2023 petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of the District Legal Service Authority, Sivagangai District. Time to surrender and execute sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.
