ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him in a civil dispute. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent, an enquiry was conducted and since it is civil in nature, they are going to close the complaint.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 12.06.2025 DSK 2/4
