This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 100 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.68 of 2023, dated 18.10.2024, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.R1 and R2 name printed in the cause list, called absent, no representation and set ex-parte. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
