No.1 of 2017 as expedite of trial by framing a time stipulation in accordance with law.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif, Ambasamudram(Full Additional Charge of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheranmahadevi) vide the letter in D.No.421/2021 dated 12.03.2021 and upon apperance of Mr.S.Sathya Chidambaram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This Court directed the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli to dispose of CC.No.1 of 2017 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9901 of 2019 on 17.10.2019. The District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli, has sought for further extension of time.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli, in the letter in D.No.421/21 dated 12.03.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court.
